The Boston Celtics won’t let the Atlanta Hawks get in the way

Tenth win in twelve games for the Celtics but this one against Atlanta is worth double because the visitors were 17 in the first half and Jaylen Brown had left with an ankle injury after only 3 minutes of play. At half-time Trae Young still had 14 points for his team (51-65).

Jayson Tatum leads Boston’s comeback in the second half, defense doubles up on Young and isolates him from the team, Derrick White, then Grant Williams allow the Celtics to pass (82-78). Bogdanovic makes a nice contribution to the Hawks, but the trend is all on the side of the Celtics.

Boston – Atlanta 107-98. Boxscore: 33 Tatum, 18 Williams e White, 16 Smart, 9p+13r Williams III per i Celtics (37-27); 31 Young, 25 Bogdanovic, 12p+8r+1as Gallinari, 5p+11r Capela per gli Hawks (29-32).
