The NBA Basketball School plan is intended to support the development of players and provide parents, coaches and organizations with a better understanding of the process of evolution of boys in the world of basketball. It has been developed by the NBA in consultation with coaches, players, and player development specialists and former professional players. Since 2017, programs have been announced in various parts of the world, such as Brazil, China, Greece, India, Italy, Kuwait, Mexico, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and Uruguay.

This is a high-quality training and education program for boys and girls ages 6-18 that will focus on on-court training, strength and conditioning for each youth. This agreement with the NBA is the result of the partnership between the signing of the millionaire Fabrice Pastor, CEO of Monte Carlo International Sports and owner of the APT Padel Tour, and Ramiro Nanni, owner of the Royal Pádel company, who became the fifth best player in the world in that discipline.

The Monte Carlo International Sports Club, in its 20 thousand square meters, which is in the process of construction, will have two multipurpose covered stadiums, one with paddle tennis as the main activity, while the other will be dedicated to basketball. In addition, tennis courts, beach tennis, soccer, squash and running. There are also two swimming pools -one air-conditioned and the other outdoors-, a residence for the players, a premium gym, a fitness room, physiotherapy and massages, as well as a club house, restaurant, bar, party room, kindergarten, two underground parking lots, a for children and ample green space.
