The 19-year-old athlete Sara Iglesias de Lucasfrom Palaces of Eresma, has qualified to play the Spain Championship of judo, as it did in the 2017 and 2019 editions in Valencia.
The woman from Segovia began judo at the age of six, thanks to Sports Schools Program theMunicipality of Palazuelos de Eresmaand at the age of 19 she has already obtained the title of Judo monitor, the first step in a career whose next advances for her will be to become a referee judge of Castile and Leon and get the Segundo Dan.
Sara achieved the first place in the junior regional phase in 78 kilos and the third position in the junior west sector phase of the same weight, having as next objectives the Spanish University Championship, and the National in early April.
