MAZATLAN._ A high-level day was experienced this Monday afternoon during the celebration of the traditional Memo Villa Memorial Golf Tournament 2022which organizes the El Cid Clubhouse at your facilities.
A total of 175 players gathered to take part in this emotional competition, which aims to favor the children of the Family Community Center.
For the first time since its first edition, this competition managed to bring together a large number of little golfers, who left everything on the course as a way of having fun and, at the same time, supporting this noble cause.
Team number 17, made up of Robert Nowell, Barbara Nowell, Susan Sterkel, Carlos Ruíz and the caddy, Raymundo Zamudio, managed to win the title of champion, culminating in the fair with the fewest strokes.
The 50th champion left a spectacular step in the competition, as they finished the tournament with a record of PAR -21, after having covered 18 holes.
The second place went to the 18th team, made up of Phill Parker, Erick Parker, Mike Larson and Mike Stone, as well as the caddy, Noé, closing with a total of PAR -18, with little difference from the champions.
Finally, the last place in the fair went to team number 23, made up of Mike Perroni, Kathy Wakefield, Samantha Watts and Josephine Gonzalves, along with caddy Alejandro González, finishing with a PAR+8.
In total, 35 teams saw action.
