After 2 editions canceled due to the health crisis, the Volvic Volcanic Experience is back! The 2022 edition promises to be more exciting and surprising than ever, notably with the presence of François D’haene and Camille Bruyas as godfather and godmother.

On Friday, May 27, it’s time for the races!
• Great Volcanic Crossing Experience “XGTV” 224km 8400mD+ / 9050mD-, completely
• Chaîne des Puys experience – Limagne fault, 110km 3500mD+ completely
• New! Terra Volcana Experience 80km 2700mD+ completely
• Experience Impluvium de Volvic 43km 1700mD+ completely
• Volcanic Experience 25km 1000mD+ completely
• Lava Stone Experience 15km 450mD+ completely
Three circuits of 500, 700 to 1100 m depending on age with a small drop. Each child can complete as many laps as they wish during the 20 minute race.
Reserved for children born between 2007 and 2016, they will be divided into 3 categories:
Circuit rouge 500 m / 10 m D+ : children born in 2016, 2015 and 2014
Blue circuit 700 m / 15 m D+: children born in 2013, 2012 and 2011
Yellow circuit 1100 m / 20 m D+: children born in 2010, 2009, 2008 and 2007
A first loop of 16 km which largely borrows the circuit of the Trail Experience Pierre de Lave allows to encourage friends trail runners in full effort. Arrived at the heart of the Paugnat quarry, the hikers then choose either to return to the finish, or to extend the experience for an additional 9 km.

Sports initiations!
While some surpass themselves on the trail or hiking routes, others can get caught up in the game of activities offered all day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.: acrobatic structures, electric scooter, quadbike, archery, tree climbing , biathlon challenge… Registration on site.
Stay to discover
On Thursday May 26, the VVX invites you to look at the event and the trail from another angle. In the form of three conferences; zoom on the carbon neutral certification of the VVX, on the impacts of ultra-trail on health, and finally meeting and discussions with the elites. Presence of François D’haene and Camille Bruyas.
Once the conferences are over, everyone on the Goulet site in Volvic for the inauguration evening!
In addition to the sporting experience, the municipality of Volvic offers a whole program to explore the city and its inhabitants! 3 days of humor, acrobatics, poetry, rides, exhibitions, concerts and fiery shows. There is something for all tastes and all ages!
The Volvic Volcanic Experience, more than a trail, a moment of sharing. Three evenings of local and tasty meals in a musical atmosphere conducive to meetings. The Po’ Boys, Bilbobasso, Replay, Flyin’ Tractors and the Becker orchestra will be there to make you live a moment rich in emotions.
