It is Christof Dierick who will referee the alignment match between Standard and Beerschot on Wednesday (6:45 p.m.) in Sclessin. This referee from East Flanders has already led the Antwerp team three times this season, to whom he did not bring luck since they lost 5-2 in Charleroi, 4-2 in Anderlecht and 0- 2 against Ostend.
Christof Dierick has not yet whistled Standard since the opening of the championship but had done so twice during the 2020-2021 financial year, with two red successes on arrival: 3-1 against Waasland Beveren and 0-4 at Eupen.
