Toro dictates lecture with the bat

What Abraham Toro has done in this Spring Training 2022 with the Seattle Mariners has been more than outstanding, given the complicated competition that has been developing since mid-March when the spring camps opened and gives manager Scott Servais the difficult task of defining the headlines of the daily “nauta” roster during the MLB season.

Not counting Sunday, the Canadian utility man with Venezuelan parents is in the Top 3 of the best hitters in both the Cactus League and the Grapefruit League, accumulating an average of .538 with seven hits, a triple and an RBI in 13 turns.

In addition to Toro, the other who has been showing off is Edward Olivares (Kansas City Royals) with .600 AVE, 2 HR and 5 RBI in 15 plate appearances.
