Tsurune The Movie: The Beginning Arrow: August Release Date

Season 1 of Tsurune was a feast for the eyes and the soul. Naturally, fans prayed for a sequel with all their hearts. After four years, the wish has come true and Tsurune will receive a movie this summer.

The story of Minato and his love for archery isn’t over yet, and I’m expecting some spice in the film. With the rivalry between Seiya and Shu still ongoing, now is the perfect time for Minato to follow his friends.

Tsurune’s upcoming movie is titled “Tsurune The Movie: The Beginning Arrow” and will premiere in Japanese theaters on August 19.

You can reminisce about some of the sweetest moments from Season 1 in the new trailer:

“Theatrical Version Tsuru-Ne-The Beginning Blow-” Special News

The plot of the film has been kept under wraps so far, but the title gives the impression that the film could be a prequel.

Minato’s Target Panic was never adequately explained in Season 1, and I’m yet to figure out how he got it. Hopefully the movie will take us back in time a bit and show us all the factors that contributed to Minato’s panic as well as Shu and Seiya’s past.

Most of the staff and cast from the anime series will reprise their roles. I have no doubt that Kyoto Animation will pull out all the stops for this film.

Ever since KyoAni made a comeback, I’ve had high expectations for the studio, which is known for its stunning animation. I hope the next Tsurune movie can earn a place in fans’ hearts.
