The U18 Girls Basketball Regional Championship, which is included in the domestic activities program of the Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) for the 2021-2022 season, started in Manisa.
The provinces of Manisa, Aydın, İzmir, Muğla, Antalya, Uşak, Isparta and Denizli take part in the championship hosted by the Manisa Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, held in Muradiye Sports Hall. Manisa Youth Masters, Söke Municipality, İzmir Yükseliş, Muğla Datça Municipality, Uşak Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, Isparta İSKUDER, Alanya Belediyespor, Antalya Metropolitan Municipality ASAT, Turgutlu Municipality, Denizli Merkez Efendi Belediyespor clubs compete in the competitions. In the competitions that will end on Saturday, March 12th, 4 teams will qualify for the Anatolian Championship. Manisa Youth and Sports Provincial Director Yunus Öztürk, who stated that they are happy to host the Regional Championship, wished success to the athletes, trainers and referees taking part in the competitions.
