Veracruz judokas travel to the National Tournament in Mazatlan

AGENCIES | BOCA DEL RÍO, VER.- With a delegation of 32 athletes and eight coaches and with the support of the Veracruz Sports Institute, Veracruz will be present at the National Judo Tournament, Professor Tomoyoshi Yamaguchi, which will take place from the 10th to the 13th of this month. in the city of Mazatlan, Sinaloa.

The foregoing was reported by coach José Manuel Cabrera Sosa, who pointed out that the Veracruz delegation is made up of the best judokas from the cities of Xalapa, Coatzacoalcos, Minatitlán and Veracruz port, medalists from the past Veracruz 2022 State Games, who will participate in the categories Sub 18, Sub 21 and First Force in the men’s and women’s branches.

The delegation from Veracruz left around 2 in the afternoon of this day towards the city of Mazatlan and will begin their participation on Friday the 11th starting at 9:00 in the morning with the Under 18 Cadet category and in the afternoon of that same day , those of the Sub 21 Junior will come into action.

On Saturday 12 in the morning the activities continue with those of the Sub 21 Junior and in the afternoon the First Force will begin their participation, concluding on Sunday afternoon.

The Veracruz delegation will be back in the entity on Monday.
