| 1. Shipping Information |
- Same-day shipping only if payment is made before 12pm on weekdays. Products sent to you can usually be delivered within 1 to 3 days from the date of shipment through CJ Courier. (Subject to change depending on the circumstances of the courier company)
- Large and freight shipping items such as fitness equipment, heavy tents and bicycles are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivered products can be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment through Logis Valley courier or individual delivery. (Subject to change depending on the circumstances of the courier company)
- Some Decathron bicycles are shipped out after mechanical inspection and some assembly, so it may take up to 10 business days to ship after placing an order. We ask that you place your order with plenty of time.
- If you purchase multiple products at once, the shipping fee will be charged only once for bundled shipping only with the same order number. (Exception: If you order many products and it is difficult to put them in one box, or if you order a general product and a freight delivery product together, it may be delivered in two or more boxes)

| 2. Return/Exchange Information |
- You can request a return/exchange through the Decatron Customer Center (1800-2025) within 30 days of receiving the product, and in case of a change of mind, round-trip shipping costs will be incurred. For freight delivery products, return or exchange due to customer change of mind may incur a freight delivery fee of 10,000 to 100,000 won (one-way basis), so please contact customer service for return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Shipping Fee
- Return (refund): Return fee 2500 won + Initial shipping fee 2500 won = 5000 won
- Exchange: 2500 won for return fee + 2500 won for re-delivery charge
- Exchanges and returns due to product defects may be different within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product or depending on the product warranty period. Decathlon will bear the shipping cost of exchanges and returns due to product defects.

Exchange/return non-refundable standards
- The criteria for non-return/exchange are as follows.
- (1) In case the product is lost or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility
- (2) If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer’s use or partial consumption
- (3) In case the value of the product has significantly decreased to such an extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
- (4) In the case of products individually produced according to the customer’s order or similar products
- (5) In case the product is damaged or lost due to product tag removal, opening, installation, or customer negligence.

| 3. Free size exchange service |
- Customers within 30 days of receipt of the product;
- If you wish to exchange size only for clothing and footwear products
- If the product value of the product is not damaged (if the tag is not removed)

| 4. Precautions |
- Our sales policies regarding price fluctuations and stock are subject to change without prior notice.
- Refunds will be made to the amount paid at the time of the order, and the difference due to the current price change will not be paid.
- The color of the product may differ slightly from the actual product depending on the specifications of your monitor and computer. The reason that the color is different from the actual color is not considered a defect in the product.
- Only products purchased through the official website decathlon.co.kr and the seller Decathlon are exchanged, refunded, and A/S available. Exchanges, refunds, and A/S for parallel imported products are not officially distributed products of Decathron Korea, so exchanges, refunds, and A/S cannot be performed.
