Judgment fell on Tuesday. The criminal court sentenced Jacky Fortepaul to a one-year suspended prison sentence, as well as a fine (€1,500) and damages (around €37,000 in total), for acts of moral and sexual harassment that occurred in the Center-Val de Loire League, which the 76-year-old chaired from July 2017 to October 2018. A decision which follows the requisitions of the prosecution, pronounced at the beginning of March during the hearing.
