A parenthesis before the end

Transition week for clubs such as Badminton Rinconada, Handball San José, Tres Calles and Wifiguay La Vega, who do not have a game this weekend. There will be football, with two home games for Rinconada, at Nuevo San Bartolomé against Mairena, and San José, at Alameda against Morón. Derby between Cañamera and Tres Calles B in Tercera Andaluza, while San José receives Cuore. The CTM San José visits Tecnik 87 in Huelva, five swimmers from the CNUR will compete in Alcalá de Guadaira, while the Provincial Circuit is held in the Indoor Pool from the Prebenjamín to Infantil categories. Loren Herrera will live a stage test in Las Hurdes. This weekend, in the Annex to the Indoor Pool, there is a Provincial Padel and Tennis Circuit

The sports weekend for the local clubs is exciting in terms of football, with the last day of the first round of the second phase, which can be an almost definitive step to ensure the Play Offs, in the case of Rinconada, and that could get San José out of it, for the first time in the entire campaign. That yes, many clubs rest, either because there is no competition, or because the imparity of their groups makes them have to live a parenthesis this weekend.

Badminton Rinconada, after its epic triumph against Arjonilla in the semifinals of the Spanish Championship, has been summoned with IES La Orden for the final, whose first leg will be held at the Fernando Martín on April 9 at 6:00 p.m.: 30 hours. This weekend, therefore, there will be no competition, but there will be a lot of preparatory work for the big day. Handball San José is in a similar situation, which, with seven teams in the group, will experience the obligatory break, so it will not return to the courts until after Easter. Angelu Hernández’s pupils know what is at stake, which is why they are also thoroughly preparing their next match, which will be at the Fernando Martín against Pozoblanco. Different is the situation of Tres Calles, who do not play because there is no competition in the Third National, and Wifiguay La Vega, who will try to recover troops and thus take advantage of their break marked on the calendar by the unevenness of the group. Other clubs, such as Chess, will not compete again until June, although their different subsidiary teams are still in contention.

Those who will play are the soccer teams. The Rinconada debuts as the absolute leader in the New San Bartolomé de Mairena, against the last executioner of the San José. The Alcoreños had a very bad second phase, a dynamic that changed with the victory at the Felipe del Valle, which has made them recover their chances of being among the top four. Nando de la Rosa’s men, meanwhile, have a full record of victories and a fourth consecutive victory would almost seal the ace to the Play Offs. The match is played on Sunday at 12:00 with the arbitration by Sevillian Gálvez Agüera, who directed the last derby with San José at the Felipe del Valle, and who was also the referee of the duel at the Nuevo Ramos Yerga against Hill (2-1).

The situation in San José is very different. The sugarcane team, in which David Alfonso will play the second game of the four with which he was sanctioned, and Jony will not be for five yellow cards, has a real final ahead of him against Morón de José González ‘Che’ at the Municipal Alameda. Chico’s men are fourth and a defeat would take them out of the Play Off zone for the first time this season. The team is not going through a good moment of play and has just lost its first home game of the season. In addition, his rival is not much better, squandering the income he brought from the first phase to fall, momentarily, from the four chosen. The duel, therefore, is presented with dramatic overtones and, although the winner will experience a quiet Easter, the loser will have a much more complicated goal. The duel is played at 11:30 am with the refereeing of Díaz Sebastián, who, in the first phase, led San José in Cazalla (1-1) and Rinconada in Lora (3-0).

In the Tercera Andaluza futsal, after a rest day, the competition returns, with a derby between Cañamera Futsal and the Tres Calles subsidiary, which will be played on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. in the Fernando Martín pavilion, with the arbitration of Seville Fuentes Rodríguez. For its part, the San José FS receives, also at the Fernando Martín, the Cuore FS, on Saturday at 8:00 p.m., under the direction of Cubero López, also from Seville.

In the sports center, the CTM San José visits Tecnik 87 in Huelva, a duel that will be played on Saturday at 4:00 p.m., while, in the Los Alcores Indoor Pool, in Alcalá de Guadaira, Phase 2 RFEN Alevín is held Zonal swimming, with five participants from the CNUR. For his part, Loren Herrera, after his brand new triumph in MTB in Aznalcóllar, will live a test in stages in Extremadura’s Las Hurdes, participating in the ‘Camino del Morisco’ challenge.

Finally, this weekend, the Provincial Swimming Circuit will be held, from the Prebenjamín to Infantil category, in the La Rinconada Indoor Pool, while the Provincial Tennis and Padel Circuit will live a new day in the Sports Center Annex to the Indoor pool.
