Argentina 2022 MotoGP FP1 Results: Fastest Nakagami

Takaaki Nakagami became the fastest in the first free practice session (FP1) MotoGP Argentina 2022. The LCR Honda rider beat Fabio Quartararo and Pol Espargaro.

FP1 MotoGP Argentina 2022 took place at the Termas de Rio Hondo Circuit, Saturday (2/4/2022) night WIB. Unusually, this practice session lasted for one hour to compensate for the delay in cargo which made the training schedule on Friday cancelled.

Nakagami, who was able to perform after testing negative for COVID-19, was the fastest after recording a time of 1 minute 39.028 seconds. Fabio Quartararo is in second place with a difference of 0.127 seconds from the Japanese rider.

Honda rider Pol Espargaro was in third place with a time of 1 minute 39.223 seconds. Aleix Espargaro who rode the Aprilia was in fourth position with a time difference of just 0.001 seconds from his younger brother.

Marco Bezzecchi became the best Ducati rider with a time of 1 minute 39.230 seconds. Alex Rins of Suzuki trailed him in sixth with 1 minute 39.274 seconds.

Miguel Oliveira, Maverick Vinales, Brad Binder, and Joan Mir consecutively complete the top 10 positions.
