Arsenal have done a bad job in the battle for Champions League tickets in England. The Gunners were beaten by the neighbors of Crystal Palace: 3-0. Arsenal fail to distance themselves from rival Tottenham.

Arsenal have been in good shape in the Premier League in recent weeks. Crystal Palace therefore had to be a quick bite on the way to the top 4. But that turned out differently.

After fifteen minutes, the home team Palace took the lead. Arsenal struggled with themselves and not much later saw a double deficit on the board.

Coach Arteta tried to change the course, but a substitute by Sambi Lokonga didn’t help either. In fact, fifteen minutes before the end, The Gunners had to concede a third goal, via Zaha.

A painful slide out for Arsenal, which loses fourth place in the standings to rival Tottenham. Arsenal still have one game left.
