Charles Leclerc dominates the qualifying session for the 2022 Australian Grand Prix Formula 1. The Ferrari team racer beat Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez.
The Australian GP F1 qualifying session was held at the Albert Park Circuit, Saturday (9/4/2022) afternoon WIB. Leclerc became the fastest with a time of 1 minute 17,868 seconds.
Verstappen followed in second with 1 minute 18,154 seconds. The reigning F1 champion was 0.086 seconds ahead of Perez who finished third.
Lando Norris is fourth with a best time of 1 minute 18.703 seconds. Lewis Hamilton filled the top five with a time of 1 minute 18,825 seconds.
The sixth to the top ten positions in the F1 Australian GP 2022 qualification are respectively filled by George Russell, Daniel Ricciardo, Esteban Ocon, Carlos Sainz, and Fernando Alonso.
The F1 Australian GP 2022 race is scheduled to take place on Sunday (10/4) at 12.00 WIB.
