Bryson DeChambeau operated on Thursday?

Bryson DeChambeau is expected to undergo surgery on his left wrist and could miss the second Major tournament of the season in a month in Southern Hills, Oklahoma.

The superpowerful American, who had declared in 2020 that the course ofAugusta National was a “par 67”, missed the cut last week at the Masters.

Before the tournament and after an early elimination in the group stage of the WGC-Match Play, Bryson DeChambeau explained that his wrist injury prevented him from playing as he wanted.

He had all the same lined up at the start, against the advice of the doctors who had advised him not to go to Augusta to avoid aggravating his injury.

DeChambeau was also scheduled to compete in the Professional Long Drivers Association this week in Florida but according to Bobby Petersonone of the leaders of the association of Long Driving, DeChambeau will undergo an operation this Thursday.

Neither DeChambeau nor his agent has confirmed this information.
