Number 4 remains in the playoff race. Faced with an adversary who has become a master in the art, on his field, of putting a spoke in the wheel of playoff contenders, the Sang et Marine avoided the trap set by the Brabant, with patience and method. RFC Liège is also the first team in the top 6 to win this season at the Bergéstadion, a sign of Liège’s performance.
The RFCL monopolized (largely) the ball, nevertheless leaving the first skirmish to the credit of Claes, on a corner kick. Tirlemont and its five-piece back line offered little space to the Liégeois but the danger ended up becoming clearer in front of Bouzian, with in particular a recovery from Lallemand on the amount (35th).
Pushed once again by their many supporters (in the right camp in the second half), the RFCL further intensified their domination. Helped by the rise of the Bruggeman-Mouchamps duo, decisive in the weight of offensive actions, Liège was finally rewarded for its tenacity by finding the fault three times in the last twenty minutes: a header from Lallemand, another from Mouchamps and a solo by Perbet.
A deserved success and, by the way, the first 9 out of 9 in this championship.

Visé failed to sublimate
We could expect open discussions between two adversaries who no longer have anything to fear or hope for from this championship, except to end the season in style.
The two teams may not have tried to calculate but they never managed to give real relief to the game.
The first part of the meeting, not very fertile in offensive actions, resulted in a goalless score that Battista had all the same failed to open by missing a penalty kick committed then stopped by Crémer (20th).
The second act was hardly more vibrant. Bertaccini, twenty minutes from time, nevertheless exploited a long ball from Coomans by subtly lobbing an advanced Vised goalkeeper to offer Thes a fourth success in a row.

A good point for the Mastiffs
In this six-point match with the top 4 at stake, the Patro created the first dangerous possibilities. After eight minutes of play, the Limburgers inherited a penalty, following a foul by Cremers in the rectangle. Bounou was quick to open the scoring. The debates then balanced out, with hardly any opportunities to get their teeth into. The first opportunity for the Carolos followed a corner. Ito Singa was on the receiving end but his shot went clearly wide of the goal. The second period started with a bang, with a clear domination of Limburg. Around the hour mark, Cremers had to deploy all his talent, to get out an overpowered strike from Arenate. It was the Dogues who then inherited a penalty and Delbergue brought back the perfect equality in this meeting. The match was restarted and became exciting to follow, the decision being able to fall in one camp as in the other. The Mastiffs increased the pressure, a quarter of an hour from the end of the meeting, to try to remove the three points. However, the score did not move and it is a good point that the registration number 246 brought back from Limburg.
