It took place on Saturday 23 April at the Genoa Manesseno sports hall “Budo Trophy 2022” judo trophy dedicated to pre-competitive classes for those born between 2011 and 2018.
Everyone, from the smallest to the largest, has shown a high technical rate giving life to exciting encounters.
When it comes to children, sports, competitive spirit, it becomes necessary to find the right harmony between athletes, parents, technicians, referees and other clubs, and this is precisely what happened in this competition, the judoif its principles are applied, it educates athletes, technicians and families.
It is difficult to conceive a sport without competition, Judo teaches the importance of falling and then getting upthe importance of setting goals, the importance of having positive “myths” to emulate, as well as the ability to accept your limits.
Each judoka must be able to politely rejoice in their victories as well as correctly process defeat, emotions, especially negative ones, must be accepted, processed and converted into positive signals, experience and intentions.
Teaching how to win and teaching how to lose is essential because you improve, you learn first of all to win against your own defects and limitations. This is a fundamental message that is taught to little athletes at the OK Club.
