In an active search for a new coach for next season, the management of Manchester United is indeed moving forward with two candidates in mind. And after meeting Ajax Amsterdam manager Erik ten Hag in a “very positive” interview, the Red Devils have, as expected (see here), also in dialogue with Paris Saint-Germain technician Mauricio Pochettino. According to information from the Daily Mirror on Friday, the two parties discussed a possible collaboration at the start of the week.
Difficult for the moment to know which of the two coaches holds the rope. In any case, the English daily understands that Pochettino – whom PSG should not retain at the end of the season – has strong support in the Mancunian ranks: that of Sir Alex Ferguson.
