The double world medalist in high diving, Adriana Jiménez was in charge of teaching tennis players like jumping and plunging into the waters of the pool this as part of the recreational activity prior to the tennis event.
Alejandro Hernández, who has just played two events in Colombia and who will participate through from a wildcard, he confessed that he enjoyed that moment since it is something different.
“I really liked it a lot. It’s something different from our sport and you enjoy watching other disciplines.” commented Hernandez, Mexico’s number one racket. Regarding his participation in the Mexico City Open, he hopes to advance by at least to the quarterfinals or semifinal.
Luis Patiño was another of the tennis players who dared to throw himself off the platform and at the end of his class of diving, invited the public to attend to see them.
“It is a great event, a great tournament indeed, the facilities are top-notch and the players are also among the best in the world, so it is an opportunity for people who like tennis to come and see high-level tennis and see to players with projection to be in the best positions of the world ranking in the future,” he concluded.
