How to find the best deals on the market

While buying card packs is certainly cheaper, you know what you’re getting in the market. It’s important to know how to find a good deal, because unless you want to break the bank, you probably won’t spend a few hundred thousand stubs to get a top-tier Mike Trout card. Instead, you’ll want to use filters to narrow down the options.
Here you can enter the player’s minimum and maximum rating and cost, as well as positions and other filters. Knowing how many stubs you are willing to spend, what position you need, and what the right grade boost is, you can set filters appropriately. The best way to max out your stubs is to make sure you get a big enough boost in rating. If your third baseman is an 80, it’s probably not worth picking another third baseman below an 85. If you know up front that every pitcher in your rotation has a rating above 70, you don’t need to worry about checking the stats of a starting pitcher card you just got that has a rating. of 65. While exact stats matter as you reach higher ratings, when you’re just starting out it’s almost always best to take the highest rated player.

One of the best ways to earn Stubs quickly is to earn Mini-Seasons, where your Diamond Dynasty team is matched against a set of teams in a miniature Season. You play brief three-inning games over a shortened season, allowing you to progress through programs and earn heels quickly. It’s also one of Diamond Dynasty’s least complicated single-player modes, much like its usual baseball, just shorter. The only downside to jumping into this mode with your fresh team is that the other teams will have better players. Unless you feel like whipping out your wallet, you’ll need to grind some Stubs.

Each showdown has a series of challenges that you must complete before battling in a final showdown. Players form a team to start and earn bonus cards and perks each time they complete a challenge. The only downside to Showdown is that there’s an entry fee to start one and if you do badly enough you might heel out the other side.
