Former San Antonio Spurs star Manu Ginobili, along with Tim Hardaway and coach George Karl will all be in the next class inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2022 according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
He adds that former WNBA player Swin Cash who won two Olympic gold medals for the United States and former West Virginia coach Bobb Huggins will also be inducted.
A native of Argentina, Ginobili played 16 seasons in the NBA, all with Spurs. He helped the team win four championships and averaged 13.3 points in 1,057 games.
Hardaway has played for the Warriors, Heat, Mavericks, Nuggets and Pacers. His No. 10 was also retired by Miami at the end of his career, which he concluded with an average of 17.7 points per game.
Karl posted a 1,175-824 record in 1999 games as coach of the Cavaliers, Warriors, SuperSonics, Bucks, Nuggets and Kings. He ranks sixth for the most wins among coaches.
