Nobuyoshi Tsubota (Tsubota Nobuyoshi = former Mizuno baseball grab craftsman) died on the 3rd, 89 years old. Born in Osaka.

Joined Mizuno in 1948. He has worked on numerous professional baseball players such as Sadaharu Oh, Ichiro, and Hideki Matsui. He was selected as a “modern master craftsman” by the Ministry of Labor (now the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare) in 1998, and received the Medal with Yellow Ribbon in 2000. He left the company in 2008 with the title of “Grab Meister”, the highest rank of Mizuno craftsman.
