There were two games in the National Hockey League (NHL) last night. In one of them, the Montreal Canadiens acknowledged the superiority of the New York Islanders with a score of 0: 3, suffering their fourth loss in a row.

The match was special because the Canadiens goal was guarded by Carrey Price for the first time since last season’s Stanley Cup. During the off-season, the Canadian underwent knee surgery, but in the first half of the season, it became known that Price had applied for participation in the NHL assistance program for addicted players. Price is a Canadiens legend who has spent his entire NHL career on the team.

This game was not very successful for the goalkeeper, as he handled 17 of 19 or 89.5% shots. Meanwhile, in the opposite goal, Ilya Sorokin blocked all 44 “Canadiens” hockey shots. The legendary Price was not beaten in the first two periods, with Zac Paris and Noah Dobson throwing the puck into the third third of his goal, and Brock Nelson sent the puck into the empty Montreal unit goal.

In the second game, one of the strongest units in the league, the Florida Panthers, took a convincing 6: 1 lead over the Winnipeg Jets, celebrating their ninth success in a row. The winners with two precise throws were the striker Jonathan Huberdo and the Swedish defender Gustav Forsling, but Mason Marcment and Maxim Mamin were occasional. Nikolai Eller, on the other hand, scored the only goal in favor of the Jets.
