Independiente Santa Fe beat Pasto again and secured their place in the round of 16 of the BetPlay Cup after winning 3-0 in El Campín.

The ‘lions’, who had won by the same score in the first leg, settled the series after 12 minutes when they opened the scoring through Neyder Moreno.

The ‘volcanics’ got a maximum penalty to be able to tie the match, however, the goalkeeper José Silva covered the charge to Duvier Riascos.

In the second half, the ‘Cardinals’ kept possession, dominated the game and continued to create scoring chances until they secured victory with a goal from Jersson González. Shortly before the end, defender Alejandro Gutiérrez decreed the final 3-0.
