Small achieve big in basketball

Ciudad Juárez.- The representative teams of the state of Chihuahua in their different categories maintain dominance on the first day of the Gustavo Ayón National Children’s Basketball Festival, which takes place this weekend on this border.

The matches will continue this Friday afternoon, as well as on Saturday and Sunday.

The state delegate of Ademeba Chihuahua, Juvencio Torres, invited the basketball fans to come and support the representative of Chihuahua in the Josué Neri Santos, Bertha Chiu, Adapted and Colegio de Bachilleres municipal gyms in Parque Central Poniente.

In the men’s branch of the 2010 category, they beat the Baja California quintet by a score of 50 to 20.

Similarly, in the 2002 men’s category, Chihuahua A beat the representative of Chihuahua B by a final score of 46 to 42, with the best scorers for the winning team being Luis Emilio Muños with 12 and Agustín Martínez with 15.

In the women’s branch in the 2011 category, Chihuahua B beat Baja California 32-28, with Janeth Torres as the best scorer with 13 points.

In other results, in the 2011 category in the men’s branch, the representative from Chihuahua B overwhelmed his similar from Mexico City 66-2.
