NBA 2K22 Space Season features new ‘First Fridays’ tracks from music label Colors Studios and the exclusive in-game premiere of the new A COLORS SHOW starring GUAPDAD 4000.
2K provides a detailed look at Season 6, which begins this Friday, April 8th in NBA 2K22.
In Season 6: ‘Zero Gravity’, players can assert their claim in the City and Cancha Del Mar by taking on powerful opponents from around the world, completing cosmic challenges and earning celestial rewards.
In NBA 2K22 Season 6: ‘Zero Gravity’, fans will follow rising star Jayson Tatum on his otherworldly rise to stardom. All those who reach the highest collection level in MyTEAM can look forward to an extremely rare ‘Dark Matter’ card by Dirk Nowitzki. Season 6 brings tons of exciting updates to MyCAREER, MyTEAM, and The W Online:
- My carreer introduces new environments and a new level 40 bunny mascot. Other rewards include Season 6 clothing, a BMX, a new animated item, and more. The Season will also bring TKO galactic events for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S and Power Up for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, NSW and PC where players can earn more rewards and apparel rewards;
- My Team features playoff agendas featuring all 20 teams, moments based on big playoff performances, a level 40 ‘Dark Matter’ Josh Giddey and more. Fans can play to level up their ‘My Team’ roster and collect 4,000 cards to redeem a ‘Dark Matter’ Dirk Nowitzki player card, as well as earn a ‘Hall of Fame’ badge if they collect all 80 badges in the game purchased;
- The W returns in the historic 25th season of the WNBA with brand new rewards including new ‘2K Breakthrough’ gear, an extra badge point, VC, a seasonal apparel pack and a ‘Custom Green’ release. Additionally, in Season 6, players will have the opportunity to add WNBA legends Katie Smith and Cheryl Ford to their contact list when they reach the Hall of Fame level;
- the First Fridays bring this time a cooperation of NBA 2K and COLORSxSTUDIOS, a new A COLORS SHOW original recording playlist featuring classic tracks from the global COLORS artist community, including recordings from US rap star Smino, Belgian hip-hop artist Krisy, rising London talent ENNY and more . The collaboration will also premiere an episode of A COLORS SHOW, starring Oakland rapper GUAPDAD 4000, and will feature a music video in-game for the first time.
