The Mexican Judo Team summoned 6 people from Tamaulipas to participate in the Pan American Championship in Lima, Peru.
The Mexican team will have participation from Tamaulipas by Frida Maya and Eduardo Sagástegui from Tampico and Ciudad Victoria, respectively, they will see action in the cadet category.
Likewise, José Quintá, Ana Toy, Edna Carrillo and Eduardo Araujo, all natives of Tampico, will have activity in the senior category, and who will add points for the ranking.
This is one of the first international competitions of the year in which these athletes participate, who have stood out at the national level and will now seek to do so on the continental scene.
