There are few days left for educational institutions and organizations that serve people with disabilities to register their students for the 2022 National Intercollegiate Games.
The deadline to carry out the registration process is April 30, the date on which the Ministry of Sport will close the call and start the competitions in the municipalities and departments of the country.
Those interested should enter the website of the Ministry of Sport, www.mindeporte.gov.co. There you will be able to consult the regulatory norm, regulations for sport and parasport, schedule, hotlines and instructional videos to carry out said process.
For this term, 28 sports, three parasports, three mini-sports and a school festival will be enabled. In team sports, basketball, handball, soccer, indoor soccer, indoor soccer, volleyball, baseball, cheerleading, rugby, softball, mini basketball, mini indoor soccer, mini volleyball and school festival will be in action.
Individual sports include underwater activities, integrated chess, athletics, boxing, cycling, fencing, gymnastics, judo, karate do, weightlifting, wrestling, swimming, skating, taekwondo, shuffleboard, field tennis, table tennis and triathlon. . There will be three for sports: boccia, paraathletics and paraswimming.
The municipal and departmental phases will take place from May 1 to August 28. Then will come the regional phase, from September 12 to October 2, and, finally, the national final, which will take place from November 1 to 20 of the same month.
