Two golds and one silver for the Azzurrini of badminton in Cyprus

The Italian first defeated the Hungarian Kean Gabor Kigyos (23-21; 21-6) and in the final he prevailed on another Hungarian, Adam Konczol, overtaken with a double 21-14.
In the men’s doubles Zhou and Gozzini instead had to resort to the third set in both matches. In the semifinal the Italians first defeated the Hungarians Csanad Horvath and Barnabas Toth (15-21; 21-11; 21-15) and then won the final against the Germans Hannes Bluhdorn and Kjell Wagener (16-21; 21-17; 21) -16).
Gianna Stiglich instead fought until the end in the final against the Thai Sirada Roongpiboonsopit, who won only after the third set (19-21; 21-10; 21-13). The Italian player previously in the semifinal had defeated the Czech Lucie Krulova in two sets (21-10; 22-20).
