Union Berlin fans will appear in red at the Leipzig stadium for the DFB Cup semifinals. The club announcedto provide any away fan with a ticket to the game a red hoodie with the words “Volle Pulle Union” written on it. The hoodies are delivered to cardholders’ homes.
It can be assumed that the Wuhle Syndikat fan association is also planning a special campaign. At the Unioner 2020 guest game in Leipzig, for example, 1,500 “iron men” symbolically buried football:
RB will play against Union on April 20 (20:45 / ARD, Sky, Servus TV) for a place in the cup final. Four days later, Union will be back in Leipzig for the Bundesliga duel. A double header that has it all.
