Continuity in OBB and good ideas

The Upper Bavarian Judo District Assembly of the Bavarian Judo Association e. V., took place in Ostermünchen in the municipality of Tuntenhausen after a long break caused by the pandemic.

The Upper Bavarian district chairman Denis Weisser, who comes from TuS Bad Aibling, welcomed the participating clubs and the guests of honor of the Bavarian Judo Association, Vice President Wolfgang Fanderl, kata officer Heike Betz and the district chairman of the Middle Franconia district, Joachim Kröppel.

After some reports and discussions, among others by referee referee and deputy district chairman Ludwig Tradler from TSV Palling and district treasurer Radu-Mihai Focsaneanu from the organizing SV Ostermünchen, new elections were due. This showed the great satisfaction of the clubs with the current district board. All incumbents ran again and were unanimously re-elected.

Vice President Wolfgang Fanderl spoke to the participants and conveyed the greetings of the Presidium of the Bavarian Judo Association. He, Heike Betz and Joachim Kröppel formed the electoral board and carried out the new elections confidently.

District chairman Denis Weisser after the election: “I would like to thank the participating clubs for the patience they have had over the past two years, the great commitment and I look forward to the further course of the successfully started sports year 2022. The cooperation in the district board and with the BJV and the clubs is excellent and it is no wonder that we all want to continue the work for the district. I look forward to our judo future together.”
