Women’s PSG: Léa Khelifi close to a departure in Montpellier

The story between PSG and Léa Khelifi should end at the end of the season. At the end of the contract on June 30, the 22-year-old midfielder is getting closer to a departure. Requested by Everton a few weeks ago, she is the subject of an offensive from Montpellier which holds the rope to welcome her.

According to our information, the discussions with the Hérault club are indeed very close to a conclusion, even if for the moment nothing has been signed. The player gives her preference to the MHSC which has made her a recruitment priority.

This Wednesday evening, during the qualification for the semi-finals of C1 torn off at the end of the suspense by PSG against Bayern Munich, Léa Khelifi remained on the bench, seeing Aminata Diallo start the meeting in the absence of Sara Däbritz. Loaned to Dijon last season, she made a remarkable comeback in the capital by establishing herself as an important player in the rotation in the first part of the season.

But, in a sector of the midfield already very provided, Didier Ollé-Nicolle now prefers other players. Which prompted Léa Khelifi to wonder about the follow-up to her career. The trend is very clearly towards a start and, unless surprised, Montpellier (5th in D1) should therefore win his signature.
