Carlos Yuste has commented that this data is close to the “historical data” obtained before the pandemic, when it was 95,851 participants, and has said that this “comes to show that sport at an early age has recovered all its vigor, sitting the bases for the next seasons.”

Each table has been made up of the provincial champions and runners-up, plus the third-placed teams in the three provinces with the highest participation, together with two top-level players selected by the Federation. In addition, there was one more place for a tennis player from Alcázar for being the organizing club.
Carlos Yuste congratulated the participating tennis players and encouraged them to continue practicing this sport not only to improve their physical condition and health, but also so that in the near future they can become important elite athletes for the Autonomous Community.
The school sports program, especially in the line of the ‘Regional School-Age Sports Championship’, has its continuity in the national championships of the different sports modalities that are part of the ‘We are sports 3-18’ program. In this case, the best athletes in the region are the ones who make up the regional team that will be measured against the rest of the regional teams.
