Saltillo, Coah.- Los Coahuila goalkeepers Ana Paula Vázquez, Ángel Flores, Sebastián García and Dafne Quinterowill travel to Gwangju, South Korea, this weekend, to participate in the second Archery World Cup which will take place from May 16 to 22.
The four archers from Coahuila are in concentration insidel High Performance Center of Mexico Cityto finalize details for the second international competition of the year for the Mexican Archery Team.
It should be remembered that the four archers from Coahuila got their respective quotas heading to the Central American and Caribbean Games San Salvador 2023after his participation in the Puerto Rico Archery Cupwhere the archery tricolor obtained the 12 available places.
The second Archery World Cup to be held in South Korea will feature the participation of 272 competitors from 39 countries; Mexico will have a presence in this event with 14 archers, both in the recurve and compound modalities.
This will be the second leg of the Archery World Cup series in 2022, later they will emigrate to Paris from June 21 to 26, then they will travel to Medellín from July 18 to 24 and seek to advance to the final of the series that will be will take place in Tlaxcala next October.
