The Free Basketball Tournament El Sazón Quindiano is underway in the 2 branches, with the participation of 14 men’s teams and 9 women’s teams. The competition takes place in several courts in Armenia, in the Sena Galán, Quindío University, El Cafetero Sports Center, Coliseo del Café and the Laura Vicuña school.
The objective, the organizers pointed out, is that in these sectors there is an incentive for the practice of basketball. “This tournament has players with a long history in the country,” said Felipe Angulo, who has the support of the Quindiano College of Basketball Judges, CQJB.
