Brazil was the winner of the III South American Youth Games

The end came, the final medal table was defined and Brazil was the leading delegation from the first day, without even discussing their triumphs. The Verdeamarela got 147 medals product of 64 gold, 40 silver and 43 bronze. Colombia appeared in second place with 93 medals, thanks to obtaining 35 gold, 32 silver and 26 bronze medals. And in third place Argentina, which despite getting more medals than the coffee delegation, got 31 gold, 28 silver and 54 bronze.

The Brazilian delegation became strong in Swimming, Table Tennis, Beach Volleyball, Athletics, Artistic Gymnastics, Judo, Olympic Wrestling, Duathlon, Figure Skating and Taekwondo, Futsal, Skateboarding, sports in which it won the most medals at the moment.

Colombia, in second place, stood out in Swimming, Artistic Gymnastics, Speed ​​Skating, Judo, Olympic Wrestling, Archery, Athletics and Taekwondo, with coffee athletes as main protagonists.

In third place, Argentina dominated in Tennis, obtaining three of the five gold medals, and in Artistic Gymnastics with a total of 14 medals. He also had active participation in Swimming, Rugby 7 (one gold and one silver), Beach Handball, Boxing, Hockey 5, Athletics, Basketball 3 × 3 and Cycling.

Rosario 2022 has delivered a total of 664 medals so far and 13 of the 15 countries have already won a medal.

The South American Medal Table accumulated victories and celebrations that will remain in the memory of future Olympic athletes of the continent. After 11 days of awards, the Single Award Center saw thousands of athletes win a Rosario 2022 award.
