Jonas does not stop at the head and the Sardinian Grand Prix takes tenth place / Day

The race took place in hot weather on a dry track.

After the start, the Slovenian Tim Gayser took the lead, followed by the Spaniard Jorge Prado, and behind him – the former teammate Jonas, who was fifth in the qualification on Saturday. From the very first bend, the Frenchman Maxim Reno experienced a fall.

However, 13 minutes before the end of the trip, Jonas was driven inland by both the Dutchman Calvin Flanderder and the Belgian Jeremy Siever, but later the Latvian retreated to 11th place. Flanders fought to victory at the end of the race, followed by Gayser and Prado until Jonas finished in ninth place. Reno was sixth.

At the start of the second race, Prado was the first to leave, but Jonas was behind him, but in the fifth lap the Latvian lost his position to Flanders. He was later overtaken by another Dutchman, Glens Koldenhofs, and the Latvian continued to retreat again.

Flanders again had an excellent ride and celebrated the victory, with Koldenhof finishing second and Prado finishing third, while Gayser settled for 12th place. Jonass, a Latvian motorcyclist representing the Husqvarna factory team, was the tenth.
