Lideres de Miranda whitewashed Marineros de Carabobo, to start the second week of the championship firmly. Miranda’s men won 7 races by 0 against Carabobo, at the José Pérez Colmenares Stadium in Maracay, which consolidates them in the LMBP table.
Left-handed pitcher Liarvis Breto tied the bats from Carabobo for five full innings. The left-hander allowed only one hit and prescribed three batters.
Supported by reliever Dennis Herrera, Ángel León and right-hander Frank López, Líderes put the game in the freezer.
In this way, the Mirandinos once again demonstrated their superiority in the field, supported by solid batting and pitching, two points that have helped them string together their fourth win in a row.
Now they leave their record at (4-1) to establish themselves at the top of the table.
