Wide receiver Jarvis Landry is set to sign a contract with the New Orleans Saints, if his posting of an Instagram video of highlights of himself and the team is to be believed.

Landry hails from Louisiana and has worn the colors of LSU at the college level.

The Cleveland Browns released Landry on March 14 after the team failed to reach agreement with the wide receiver on terms of a contract restructuring. The Browns had given the Landry clan permission to try to find a trade with another team after the acquisition of Dallas Cowboys star receiver Amari Cooper.

Landry missed four games with a knee injury suffered in the second week of last season. He finished with 52 receptions for 570 yards with four total touchdowns, the worst collections of his career.

Landry, 29, played for the Browns for four seasons after playing for the Miami Dolphins in the first four seasons of his career. He appeared in five consecutive Pro Bowls from 2015 to 2019.
