Osan City Hall Children’s Water Playground to open from the 4th
Osan City will open the ‘Osan City Hall Children’s Water Playground’ in earnest on the 4th so that citizens can spend a cool summer as social distancing is lifted.
Osan City Hall Children’s Water Playground, equipped with a cooperative play area, water drop, and water shower, will be operated flexibly until the end of August, and will be operated on weekends in June and July (every Saturday, Sunday, and Memorial Day on June 6). It will be operated every day from the 26th of next month to the end of August, when the vacation starts.
Hours of operation start at 10 am and run until 4:50 pm. In addition, it is not operated on Mondays when water cleaning and facility inspections are performed, in case of rain, or in case of unavoidable circumstances.
We plan to operate it so that citizens can use it without any inconvenience, such as providing shade curtains and temporary changing rooms as convenience facilities, and deploying safety personnel in the water playground. We plan to focus on the health and safety of children, including weekly water quality inspections by specialized institutions.
A city official said, “For the citizens who are exhausted from Corona 19, a children’s water playground will be installed in the city hall plaza to provide a great resting place for residents and children.”
