The day continued with training led by Frédéric Demontfaucon, leader of the “Excellence” project. The latter aims to promote behavior and quality of practice with a constant concern for excellence, understood as a requirement vis-à-vis oneself, as well as a permanent aspiration to optimize one’s qualities. “Developing interclub judo, raising the basic level of this practice are the objectives that I am pursuing”, indicates the world champion, who will also have been asked for autographs and the souvenir photo.
