Alexander Domínguez went from being the most important signing of Deportes Tolima for the first half of 2022, to being a candidate to go out in the next transfer market after the mistakes he made in the first leg of the BetPlay I League final against National Athletic.
The goalkeeper of the Ecuadorian team will start in the Copa Libertadores round of 16 series, in which Tolima will face Flamengo from Brazil; and depending on whether he qualifies for the next round or not, it could activate his exit and reach a team that already had him in his ranks.
At 35 years old, Domínguez, who did not play the second leg of the Colombian league and began to be rumored about his desire to leave the red wine and gold team, could return to his country, as the Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito would be interested in repatriating him.
