MATERIAL USED FOR THE BASKET FIELD CONSTRUCTION AND PROCESS TO BE TAKEN

By opening pits with a depth of 50*50*70 cm at three meters intervals, 75 cm long pipes with a diameter of 76 mm with a wall thickness of 3 mm are placed and shoe concretes are made.

Vertical pipes with 60mm diameter and 3mm thickness are welded to the pipes inside the shoe concretes at a height of 4 meters from the ground. Three rows of horizontal recording pipes are welded to the vertical pipes from the pipes with 48mm diameter and 1.5mm wall thickness at the top and 2 meters above the ground (middle).

The pier record is cross welded to the corner parts of the skeleton, again from the 48 diameter pipe.

Door entrances are made from 48 straight pipes to the required part.

Tension wire made of steel wire, one row each in the lower middle and upper middle of the skeleton, is tensioned with tensioning apparatuses and mounted.

4 meters high PVC coated spiral fenc wire is tied on this skeleton.

It can be made in optional heights and pipe thicknesses, so call our company and get a price.
