Hidalgo wins gold in basketball 3×3 – El Sol de Hidalgo

With a gold medal in 3×3 basketball, Hidalgo continued his stay at the Conade 2022 National Games.

Sinaloa was the scene in which the team of the women’s branch of the 2005-2006 category of the entity won for the second consecutive year with a medal in basketball with the least number of members.

In the first phase, Hidalgo beat Guanajuato, Veracruz and Tabasco, with two scores of 20-7, 21-8 and 21-7.

In addition, in the quarterfinals, they faced a powerful rival, such as Nuevo León, which they defeated 16-12; meanwhile, in the prelude to the final they faced Coahuila, whom they beat 17-11.

In the final match, Hidalgo dominated widely, as the match was going smoothly for the entity and the score was 14-0; however, little by little Tamaulipas regained confidence and reached ninth points, but it was not enough to snatch the fourth gold, until the closing of this edition, from Hidalgo.

The entity also had activity in track cycling, in which it took sixth place in team speed, within the Youth C category.

In addition to this, the state also had activity in other disciplines such as swimming, Olympic wrestling, field hockey and in-line hockey.

Likewise, the representatives of the entity in horsemanship, archery and soccer also arrived at their respective headquarters.
