Korea Airport Recruitment of Disabled Athletes… “Contribute to building a sustainable society”

Korea Airport, a subsidiary of Hanjin Group, announced on the 2nd that it had hired 10 disabled athletes as part of social value creation and ESG management.

The recruited athletes consisted of 10 athletes in six sports, including table tennis, badminton, taekwondo, track and field, park golf, and billiards, ranging from promising athletes to athletes with prizes in the National Sports Festival for the Disabled.

On the 27th of last month, a welcome ceremony for athletes with disabilities was held at the headquarters, attended by the CEO of Korea Airport, executives, athletes, and their families.

Korea Airport CEO Lee Seung-beom said, “Through this recruitment, it is expected that athletes will be able to concentrate on training under stable conditions. I will,” he said.
