The mayor, Didier Cazimajou, insisted on the fifteen years of waiting for the realization of this project for the benefit of the 200 licensees and two state-certified teachers full-time employees of a club born in 1973. He took the opportunity to pay tribute to the volunteers and supervisors before specifying “the public utility of this type of equipment at the heart of an aesthetic and vegetal sports complex, an exemplary achievement of environmental integration”.

The cost of all the latest works (club house, room, parking and greening) is 645,000 euros subsidized to the tune of 161,000 euros by the State, 160,000 euros by the department and 40,000 euros by the league tennis, i.e. 55% of the project. In conclusion, the first magistrate wanted to thank the professionalism of the companies and the architect “for this perfect result”.

Objectives. Marie France Théron, honorary mayor, Florence Lassarade, senator member of the sports group in the Senate, Alain Gillé, senator, Vincent Ferrier, sub-prefect and the representative of the regional tennis league agreed to underline the quality of the equipment inviting sports dynamics. In conclusion, Eric Lefevre, president of the tennis club, said he was aware of the exceptional gift, an important tool for the activity of the teachers, and likely to propose variants to the practice of tennis allowing to keep the practitioners without fatigue. .
