Putin is a bastard. The club fired the coaches, they had a different opinion on the war in Ukraine

The second-league club from the Central Ukrainian city of Krivoy, Rog FC Kryvbas, stated in its official statement on its website that it decided to end its cooperation with the under-19 team coach Vitaly Vicenec and his assistant Stanislav Djačenko, because they had a different opinion on the war.

“FC Kryvbas has a clear and unambiguous Trans-Ukrainian position. Ukraine is a sovereign independent state. Russia is an aggressor, the Russian army is robbers, assassins and rapists, “he said in a statement, where the clear position of the club is essentially then summed up in three words: Putin is a bastard.

The club does not recognize any other view of the situation. “We are convinced that those who have a different opinion have no place in our large Kryvbas family,” he said, adding that he had decided to end his cooperation with the above-mentioned coaches.

Vicenec is a former Ukrainian youth representative who spent part of his club career in Shakhtar Donetsk and only last year took over his coaching role in Kryvbas. However, this incident with coaches is not the first in Ukraine.

Former legendary representative Anatoly Tymoshuk, who still remains assistant coach at Zenit St. Petersburg in Russia, has previously been convicted. In return, the Ukrainian Football Association revoked all Ukrainian coaching licenses and titles in the country.
