Robert Downey Jr. he’s having a blast in his post-Marvel life. On Sunday, the former MCU pillar debuted on her social media profiles with a new, almost bobbed, blue-dyed haircut. In social media posts, Downey Jr. appears alongside his wife Susan cheering for their son’s baseball team.

Coming soon, we’ll see Downey Jr in Oppenheimer, the new film written and directed by Christopher Nolan starring Cillian Murphy in the main part and a stellar cast to say the least that also includes Hollywood top names like Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, Gary Oldman, Casey Affleck, Kenneth Branagh, Florence Pugh and many more.
For the actor it is also the first major role since Dolittle’s timewhich at the time it was released in theaters proved to be a big flop at the box-office (it was the first role after the farewell to Marvel Studios).
Oppenheimer will be the first film by the British director to be part of the agreement with Universal Studios, after Nolan’s break with Warner Bros, the major with which he had collaborated for over twenty years. In recent days, Oppenheimer’s cast has reached biblical dimensions.
Furthermore, the film will be shot on a combination of 65mm and IMAX 65mm film, and which for the first time will contain portions in IMAX format in black and white. It will be Nolan’s first experience with this particular type of technical format and a return to black and white from the days of Memento (there too the film contained sections in black and white, the parts concerning the protagonist’s flashbacks).
